Refund policy

If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. The following instructions and conditions apply:

• Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all labels attached. Otherwise, we may not be able to process your return.

• We kindly ask you to return the product in its original packaging.

• Include the (return) form with your return shipment. This return form is included as a packing slip with your order. If it is missing, you can request one by emailing support@rogias.com

• Send your return to the address provided on the return form.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

• Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

• ROGIAS is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. We therefore recommend sending your return with a track & trace code.
