Warranty period

At ROGIAS, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials
• Defective stitching, zippers, handles or hardware

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Incorrect use or care
• Damage caused by water, excessive load or alterations
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the product

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@rogias.com or whatsapp and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and defect

After reviewing your claim, we will inform you whether the issue is covered by the warranty and explain the next steps.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
